I recently hired Andria and Infinite Events to do a Candy Buffet for my daughters Bridal Shower. The Candy Buffet was the favors and they were absolutely awesome. They did a Leopard and red theme the bridesmaid gowns are red. Any my daughter is wearing leopard shoes under her gown. Everyone at the shower just loved the idea and I couldn't have asked for a better group of people to handle this for me. They were really great I would difinitely use them for any ocassion. Great work girls!!!!

We originally hired Andria as a week of coordinator but eventually decided to hire her for the four months leading up to the wedding. It was the best decision we made in planning the wedding.
If you’ve ever questioned whether you should hire a wedding planner, take a little advice from someone who just went through the process. Wedding planning is fun, no doubt. The dress, the flowers, the cake - it’s all amazing. But a big chunk of wedding planning is not glamorous - negotiating with vendors, reading through contracts, scheduling the wedding weekend, communicating with family members. In the months leading up to our wedding, Andria tirelessly helped us with all of these details and more. Andria has an incredible rapport with many local wedding vendors, so the minute they found out she was coordinating the wedding, they were at ease and assured me that everything would go smoothly (they were right!) Andria’s incredibly assertive, while being flexible, which is why I think so many vendors enjoy working with her. She helped me, my husband, and my parents make smart, informed decisions about where to splurge and where to save so that we were ultimately able to put together a spectacular event without breaking the bank.
And then came the weekend of the wedding. Amidst the chaos of the wedding weekend, Andria and the Infinite Events team were calm, positive, and supportive. There’s something remarkably zen about Andria and her team. Our friends and family remarked throughout the weekend how amazingly relaxed my husband and I were, and it’s definitely because everything was in the trusted hands of Andria and her team. After months of planning, we were able to truly relax and just soak in the magic of having all of our loved ones with us without sweating the details. This, to me, was priceless.
I’ll end with some concrete examples of exactly how Andria came to the rescue the weekend of the wedding - there was some miscommunication with our shuttle company about the timing for pick up and drop off for our rehearsal dinner. Rather than waste away my rehearsal dinner on the phone to take care of the issue, I put in a quick phone call to Andria and she was on it immediately. No worries. I enjoyed the rest of the night carefree! On the wedding day, her team kept us on schedule all day without being pushy or bossy - our photographer was amazed at how we managed to stay on time! Finally, I wanted to mention that we also had Infinite Events design a guest “poster” for us, which came out amazing. They were able to design a framed poster that all of our guests could sign and that incorporated one of my dad’s illustrations - it’s gorgeous, and I can’t wait to hang it up in our new...

Initially we hired Andria from Infinite Events to do our candy station and wishing tree. Before me decided on hiring IE to do our "day of" wedding planning we were already communicating with Andria about things not even related to our candy station. The fact that she was able to answer questions for us amazed us because she wasn't even our planner! After much thought my fiance and I decided to hire Andria to be our Wedding Planner for the day of because we had a very large wedding, a lot of vendors coming in and we just wanted everything to be perfect! When we met with her for the first time we were blown away by how much we hadn't even thought about for our wedding!!! Andria was on top of everything and knew everything that needed to be done for the day. She was EXTREMELY nice to us and answered every question we had, we could tell she LOVED her job and LOVED helping others! During the planning we had an issue with our venue possibly closing down, when we called her, she was already on top of it! She assured that she spoke to the owners already and we were all set.
A few days before our wedding we received our wedding timeline and wedding ceremony time line, again we were AMAZED by all these. Everything was color coded, time frames, people involved in the ceremony, EVERYTHING that needed to be done, was there!! On the day of our wedding everything ran smoothly. Andria called us the morning of to find out how we were doing and to let us know how everything was going. We had an issue with flowers that morning, again she handled everything and got us what we needed. We honestly couldn't have asked for a more perfect wedding. Everything went smooth, everyone was on time and everything flowed the way it should have. Andria and her team (4 others!) handled everything, from packing our gifts, to boxing our cards, everything we needed to take home, they brought into a truck for us. She brought us drinks after the ceremony and even helped me bussle my dress! She went above and beyond her duties!
I honestly don't know what others words to use to describe her and her team other than they are extremely wonderful people who I would call my family. They helped us with every little thing we needed and we are so very thankful for this. I would recommend Andria and IE to EVERYONE!! The amount of money a wedding costs, this is by far a service you need. Again, thank you Andria....you are wonderful at what you do and we are glad we had you for that day, we still have people telling us what an AMAZING job you did with making sure everything was perfect. You made us happy, our family happy and our friends and that's what matters the most to me and my new husband. You made my dream come true of having the perfect winter wonderland wedding. :)
BTW....the candy station/wishing tree...WOW!!! I can't even begin to explain how beautiful it looked. The candy was delicious and it was BIG, BIG hit at our perfect winter wonderland wedding
OH YEAH! Andria's staff also let our dog out!! We needed someone to take our little guy out and mentioned it, she agreed to do it for us without even hesitating!! Also, my husband got a hotel package that night, our hotel room looked beautiful! They set everything up and broke it down the next morning when we left for our flight. The hotel the next morning also told us that she called to see how we were doing, again....wow!!

Andria was absolutely amazing every step of the way. Any questions or concerns that i had she was always ready with insightful ideas and really provided us with all of the guidance and information we needed. At the wedding itself, Andria and her assistants made sure everything went smoothly, and our entire event was seamless, it went off without a hitch!
My husband and i would recommend Infinite Events to anyone!

Andria was fantastic to work with. She was very responsive and helpful. Even though we only hired her as a day of coordinator, she was very helpful throughout the planning process, answering questions and providing vendor recommendations when asked. On the wedding day itself, she and her team were terrific. She was assisted by Jay and an intern Sara and one of them was always available throughout the evening. The setup and breakdown of our event were seamless and my groom and I were given everything we needed or asked for almost immediately. They were always smiling and I felt completely confident in them. Andria handled a situation between two of my vendors and I did not even know about it until after the fact. She even steamed my wedding dress for me. Her calm, pleasant, and very friendly demeanor was exactly what we needed on our wedding day and I am thrilled that we worked with Andria and her team. If I were going to do it again (hopefully not! : ), I would absolutely hire Andria and her team again.

Andria Medeiros is a dream wedding planner! From the beginning Andria understood us and our needs, making everything happen in the most beautiful and really-stress-free way. She was organized, positive, friendly, professional, and made us feel very comfortable and confident. She worked well with our budget and with our timeline, which was very tight (we met her only 8 months before our wedding...)
She is well connected with vendors and they all love her. As soon as we mention her name it seemed that they all worked with more pleasure and efficiency. Always graceful and intelligent, she also helped us handle unpleasant situations with some not-so-professional vendors along the way
We are really thankful to her. We 100% recommend her business. She started as our guide and ended up becoming a wonderful friend.

This review is specifically for Jay Davani (our wedding planner) whom I highly recommend. She was amazing from the moment she hit the floor running with our ideas and plans. We didn't have a lot of time to get everything organized and she was able to streamline everything for me in a heart beat. I am a a full time student and I can't express how much it meant for me to have her be on top of all the emails, coordinating the rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, and the wedding day between all the involved parties and vendors, and responding to my emails. On the BIG day she made sure everything went flawlessly. My husband was so impressed by how easy she made the entire process seem and we received many compliments from our vendors about her professionalism, expertise, and positive attitude. But more than that, she is an amazing person to work with, she has style, patience, and so much more. She is incredibly organized and well-prepared for anything and everything. I can't recommend her highly enough!!!

It took me awhile to come up with exactly what I wanted to say in this review, as previous posts have said, words really can't say enough about Andria and her team.
Adding a day of coordinator was a last minute decision for my husband and I, we were planning a wedding on a tight budget and originally didn't know if a DOC was worth the money. IT WAS SO WORTH IT! I am so happy and relieved that we hired Infinite Events. They were amazing the entire day. When our flower vendor was late, they were on the phone with in seconds tracking them down, when the bridesmaids were sweating from the summer heat while waiting for the ceremony to start - Andira shows up with Del's lemonade for everyone! Then most impressive to me, when we were short centerpieces Andria literally sent her team out to find matching centerpieces. I am truly in awe of how amazing and professional Infinite Events was.
I can honestly say that our wedding was one of the best day of our lives, and Andria played such a huge role in this. She ensured that we had a stress free day. I can not reccomend her enough - you will happy you hired her!

There are literally not enough wonderful things I could say about Andria and her Infinite Events team!!! She was the BEST money I spent, without a shadow of a doubt, on my entire wedding. Not only did she make me feel so calm throughout the whole process, she was always so timely in response, beyond helpful with recommendations, and AS NICE as anyone could be while dealing with a stressed bride:)
Everyone always says to expect the unexpected, but when the Stanley Cup Parade for the Bruins gets announced to be where and when your wedding is, is when she really saved the day! I wouldn't have been able for a second to get in touch with every vendor with new times, plans, directions, etc... IN addition to talking me off the ledge. Our wedding is a true example of something out of your control happening and needing her to pick up the ball when we were no longer able to. She handled it like a pro! I have never seen anything like it. You would have never known 1 million people were outside of our church 1 hour before our ceremony.
All of this was leading up to the day of and then ON the day of I would have died without her. She had time-lines, and plans I would have never even thought of. She kept everything flowing so smoothly and kept everything under control which is hard to do with a wedding party of... 28 PEOPLE!! She was my eyes and ears for the whole reception and made sure that every detail was covered and attended to. She even did my bustle! In addition we kept an eye on the guest book, card box, vendor timing, orders of bridal party, correspondence with the band, photographer, and every vendor. She had every single thing you could think of covered.
I know this review is long, but I want every bride to know how truly lucky they would be to work with Andria and Infinite on their special day!!!
Andria is a beyond wonderful wedding planner/coordinator and even more amazing person. You would be crazy to think twice about booking her for your wedding or event. She is 100% the reason our wedding went as perfectly as it did. I will never be able to thank her enough!

One month into my deployment to Iraq and 7 months prior to my wedding I found myself becoming overwhelmed by planning a wedding from overseas. Although I had a very supportive fiance and bridal party, I knew I needed an extra pair of hands to help with it all. Hiring Infinite Events was one of the smartest decisions I made when it came to choosing vendors.
Andria and her team were always just an email away, even with the 7-hour time zone difference. Although we choose to go with the Day-of-Mgt package, Andria was always available to answer any questions I had and made several recommendations, many of which I ended up hiring. Infinite Events was also able to find vendors that allowed me to stay within my budget, vendors I woudln't have been able to find on my own even with all the searching I did online.
When I first spoke with Andria I told her I wanted to be a "guest" at my wedding, and she made that happen. She ran our wedding rehearsal the day prior, picked up our guest book and anything I needed her to set-up the day of. Andria and her team managed all of my vendors the day of the wedding and if there was a hiccup, I never knew, and still don't, which is great. Andria did an AMAZING job working with vendors she might not have worked with before. I absolutely had no worries and whenever I needed her she or her team were right there.
Anything and everything that needed to be done, Andria and the Infinite Events team took care of it. Even my very "frugal" husband at the end of the night admitted that hiring Infinite Events was worth every penny.

Hiring Andria and her staff at Infinite Events was by far the BEST money we spent throughout the entire wedding process!!!! Andria helped me plan our wedding from start to finish (just about a year of planning!) and took every vision I had and not only made it into a reality but added her own unique personal touches all along the way. She helped us choose a venue (Castle Hill in Newport, it was amazing!), recommended almost all of our vendors (which were ALL fantastic!! Shout out to Jenn Leatherwood for pictures, Sara Faella and glam squad for hair/make-up, Sayles Livingston for flowers, Intertional String Trio for ceremony music, Played Out for reception music, Daylight Films for videography, Cassandra Flinn for invitations, programs, etc. Cloth Connections for linens, Alexandra's Bridal for wedding gown, and Robert's Tuxedo for tuxes!).
Andria truly is a special person, and a wonderful wedding planner, not only does she have the patience to deal with all the craziness of planning a wedding, she handles every situation with professionalism and grace. She put so much time, heart and soul into our wedding day, and really wanted us to have the most amazing day of our lives. Which we absolutely did!! My husband (yay!) originally did not think we needed a wedding planner, but since we were planning a long distance wedding I convinced him it was necessary. Post wedding he is raving about all of Andria and her staff's hard work, and will agree working with her was the best decision we made!
Also, having the Infinite Events team the day of our wedding was Incredible! From having Erica with me and my bridal party all day long to help with anything and everything (she was fantastic!) to Andria and the rest of the team setting up the candy buffet and reception details, to assisting with our pictures (applying my lip gloss once I would kiss it off was a great help!), helping the flow of the reception and dealing with a few hiccups along the way just to name a few of the things they did on our special day.
I couldn't recommend Andria and Infinite Events more, they allowed a long distance bride to plan a fabulous wedding with very low stress, with a very caring and detail oriented planner, who I now consider a friend!! :)

If there is one thing I recommend to brides is to hire a day-of coordinator. Our wedding would have had a very different feel if we hadn’t hired Andria Medeiros. She did all of our setup, transformed the ceremony space into a dance space, ran the show that night in coordination with our caterer and DJ and, when it was all over, packed everything up in boxes she had labeled for us. We didn’t have a ton of interaction beforehand, but we met the week before the wedding and everything ran smoothly at rehearsal (she even brought my dress to the hotel so it wouldn’t have to sit in a car during the rehearsal dinner) and during the wedding. She was everywhere and on top of everything. I was sitting with some friends in the tent when I saw her come out to talk to my husband and I said to my friend, “It must be 8:45! Time for our last dances!” and I was right; she was on top of the schedule from start to finish. I recommend her very highly.
When you think of all of the money you are spending on a wedding, directing a small percentage to a DOC is a no-brainer. When my mother-in-law offered to help clean up, Andria insisted she go enjoy the party. Our families were very impressed and, most important to us, they got to sit back and enjoy the party instead of running around setting things up or breaking down chairs after the ceremony. Ours was a wedding on a serious budget, so I considered this a bit of an extravagance, but in actuality it was a necessity for us to have the kind of day we had.

Andria did a wonderful job being a day-of coordinator at my October wedding! Both my fiancee and I lived in another state, so on the wedding day, her role as a point person for all our vendors was definitely a necessity! I can't imagine not having had a coordinator there to help out with our schedule. She helped coordinate our trolley and best of all, a beautiful rice toss at the end of our ceremony (which was staged by her). Those are some of my favorite photos! At the wedding rehearsal and at the ceremony, she helped coordinate the entrance so that everyone looked their best. Also, at the reception, she helped to ensure that all our decorations were in place and made a few adjustments during set-up as needed.
Andria is warm, friendly, and professional. I liked her from our very first conversation, and she was so flexible while I took a long time to decide on whether to have a coordinator. She offers the best value around. She showed up on time, was on task, and organized. Having her allowed allowed my mom and family to be more at ease and to enjoy the day! I do not hesitate to recommend Andria! You will not be disappointed!

I loved working with infite events. I had a candy buffet for may favors that was so elegant and yummy and instead of doing a sign in book, We chose to do a wishing tree which allows your guests to write a special wish for the bride and groom. Then they hang it up. These small things had our guests raveing. And it also added a very special touch to our big day.

Andria and her staff are incredibly professional, organized, excited, and yet can also bring it down to earth if you need it (like i did!)
We hired Andria to help plan our wedding and rehearsal dinner. The wedding was an absolute blast, and I was stress free the day of. I knew that she understood my vision, even if it took me 10 times to figure it out :) She was always willing to go the extra mile, responded to our questions promptly, and was determined to find us the best quality for the lowest price.
