Driver was very nice, prompt, and helpful. Wish they had a GPS, as he had a couple of moments of difficulty navigating through Worcester.

For the most part, East Coast Limo was good. The limos were nice, the prices were reasonable, and they were reliable on our wedding day. The two complaints I have was that on my wedding day when I was getting into the limo to head to the church, the limo driver was helping me get in and I he carelessly shoved my dress into the limo and right into my face getting lipstick down the back of the train. Also, after the wedding was over, the company called us and accussed us of breaking the sound/lighting controls in the limo. These were already broken when we got into the limo (which really didn't bother us,we still were able to enjoy the limo) but we were surpised they really didn't notice this when they were cleaning the limo before it was used for my wedding. I would still recommend them, but I did have some issues with them.

I was really happy with their service. The customer service level was up to part.
